- The Director is not and has not been an employee of the VMG (Victoria Mutual Group) Group for the last three ( 3 ) years .
- The Director is free of any interest, position, association, or relationship that might influence or be perceived to influence, in a material respect, his or her capacity to bring an independent judgment to bear on issues before the Board.
- The Director can act in the best interest of VMIL and its shareholders.
