Allison Mais is a dynamic and results-oriented executive with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, and operational excellence. She leads key operational areas across VM Wealth Management and VM Investments Limited, including Business and Digital Transformation, Compliance, Research and Business Planning, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Client Experience, and Business Process Management.

Allison has held senior roles across the financial services sector, including Chief Executive Officer in both a private equity firm and a microlending fintech. She has also served as Head of Strategy at a global conglomerate where she led the group’s strategic planning, competitive analysis, and corporate intelligence functions. 

As a former Head of Digital Strategy, she established a Digital Transformation Lab and oversaw the successful launch of a mobile application.

Her tenure in the local banking sector includes serving as Assistant Vice President, Strategy & PMO, where she was instrumental in the bank receiving an international award for Innovation in Retail Banking and multiple national awards for project management excellence.

Allison has chaired a Financial Inclusion Committee and contributed to various strategic initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Enterprise Risk, and Digital Transformation. She has also served on several corporate Boards.

A firm believer in continuous learning, Allison holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and has earned executive education credentials from Yale, Wharton, Columbia, Boston, and Virginia universities. She is also certified in Project Management, Agile Leadership, Change Management, Financial Modelling & Valuation, and ESG.

Passionate about giving back, Allison Chairs the Human Capital and Development Committee of the PSOJ and has mentored entrepreneurs through the RevUp Caribbean incubator programme.
